The beautiful garden was perfect for enjoying meals in the sun, and we loved walking along the nearby canal. The village had a convenient Co-op and a cozy pub. The cottage itself was comfortable, warm, and well-equipped, with a large kitchen/diner, comfy beds. a fantastic stay!

Fantastic location in the countryside with plenty of countryside walks and canal towpath nearby. Spacious property with good accommodation and facilities. Warm and cozy with central heating and a wood fire in the living room. Allowed dogs and had space for parking. Good communication with owners.

The cottage was much larger than expected and perfect for a family. the beautiful garden was a great spot to enjoy meals in the sun. the nearby village had a good Co-op and a nice pub. We loved the rural location and the peaceful atmosphere. the open plan kitchen/diner and cosy living room were perfect for relaxing. the two bathrooms with lovely baths and showers were a luxury. the interior design of the cottage was absolutely lovely. the constant hot water and spacious parking were also great amenities.

our recent stay in lichfield was simply magical, thanks to the beautiful 3 bedroom cottage. tucked away in a secluded location, we were surrounded by stunning fields and serenaded by birdsong. the cottage was warm, cosy, and had everything we needed, making it the perfect retreat for a date night.

Wifi was weak and unreliable.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast with picturesque views in the perfect kitchen. Cannock Chase Forest is a steal for family outings. Woodend Cottage is a cute hideaway amidst beautiful nature.

Just loved having to bring my own spices and deal with a constantly running toilet. How delightful!
